Festivals are one of the consequences of being good hosts. Whoever comes to Calella wants to come back. Year after year they bring us inspiration and new influences, which enrich the city and broaden horizons.
These are cultural events with a strong social component. Thanks to the international programme, we meet friends from Stuttgart, Canberra or Timbuktu every season. We listen to their stories and infect them with our joyful spirit.
The eclecticism that characterises the people of Calella is matched by the types of festivals that visit us. From the most melodic choral singing to jazz and rock and roll, the programme is as varied as the people of Calella themselves. This increase in the usual cultural offer, which puts Calella on the international map, is a reason to travel for some and a pleasant surprise for others.
